01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the GG77 platform, including the website at gg77.plus and the official GG77 mobile application. By accessing or using GG77, you enter into a binding agreement with GG77 under these Terms.

GG77 is an online gaming and entertainment platform offering Live Casino, Sports Betting, Fish Games and related services to players. The platform operates in PKR and is intended for use by adult players.

GG77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version is always available on this page. Continued use of GG77 after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.

02 Account Registration

To access GG77's paid gaming features you must register an account. Registration is free and available to eligible players. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including a valid email address and contact details.

• Each individual may hold only one GG77 account. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent a suspension — is strictly prohibited.
• You must not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your account.
• GG77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any point thereafter. This may include a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or payment method verification.
• Providing false information during registration will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GG77 username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact GG77 support immediately.

GG77 may decline any registration application at its discretion without being required to provide a reason. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as described in our FAQ.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on GG77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). GG77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Pakistan:

Deposits: Funds deposited via JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically credited to your GG77 wallet instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your bank's processing time. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. GG77 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Deposit page. Standard accounts may expect processing within the same business day; VIP account holders receive priority processing.

• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit on the same account.
• GG77 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Any active bonus balance must meet wagering requirements before a withdrawal can include those bonus-derived funds.
• GG77 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on large withdrawal requests before processing.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

GG77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses on GG77 carry wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit + bonus amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The exact requirement is stated per promotion.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live Casino games, Fish Games and Sports Bets may contribute at different rates. Contribution rates are listed in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings are removed from your account if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated timeframe.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Abuse Prevention: GG77 monitors bonus activity. Using multiple accounts, exploiting promotions in a coordinated manner, or placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements without genuine play will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure.

GG77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already in active use on a player's account unless fraud is detected.

05 Game Rules & Betting

GG77's game library includes Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Slots and Sports Betting. Each game category operates under its own set of rules provided by the relevant game studio or sportsbook provider. By placing a bet or joining a game table, you agree to the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface.

Live Casino: GG77 Live Casino games are streamed by certified third-party providers including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined by the studio's certified RNG or live dealing process. GG77 has no control over the outcome of live studio games.

Sports Betting: Bets placed on Cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and ICC events — Football, Esports and other sports are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted until the market is suspended. Any bets placed after a market is closed will be voided.

• GG77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an erroneous price or where a technical fault is identified.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Match fixing, collusion or any form of cheating is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

06 VIP Programme

GG77's VIP programme rewards regular players with tiered benefits. Progression through VIP tiers is based on wagering volume and account activity over a rolling period. GG77 reserves the right to determine tier eligibility, benefits and thresholds at its discretion.

• VIP status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply to the individual account only.
• VIP tier benefits — including higher withdrawal limits, priority support, exclusive table access and personalised offers — are applied automatically to qualifying accounts.
• GG77 may review and adjust a player's VIP tier if activity falls below the threshold required to maintain that tier during a review period.
• VIP benefits do not constitute a guaranteed right. GG77 may modify or discontinue the VIP programme with reasonable notice.
• VIP players who breach these Terms will have their VIP status revoked immediately alongside any associated benefits.

07 Responsible Gaming

GG77 is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. The platform provides a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity responsibly. These tools are available to all registered players through the account settings dashboard.

• Deposit Limits: Players can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their GG77 account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but increasing a limit requires a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players can activate time alerts to receive notifications after a set duration of play within a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gaming can request self-exclusion for a defined period or permanently. Once a self-exclusion is active, GG77 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during that period.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reminders showing session duration and net win/loss for the current session are available on request.

• GG77 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transactional and gaming activity data is retained in line with GG77's data retention policy.

09 Account Suspension & Closure

GG77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable account information.
• Holding or operating multiple GG77 accounts.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, identity theft or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors or use of automated betting tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Chargebacks initiated against GG77 without valid grounds.

Where an account is closed for breach of these Terms, GG77 may withhold all or part of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons other than a breach — for example at GG77's commercial discretion — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily can do so by contacting GG77 support. Any pending bonus wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary closure.

10 Liability

GG77 provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted service, error-free operation or specific outcomes from gaming activity.

• GG77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from use of the platform, including losses from games, bets or technical disruptions.
• GG77 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by your internet service provider, mobile network, device or third-party payment processor.
• In the event of a technical fault that causes an incorrect game result or erroneous odds to be displayed, GG77 reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and restore correct balances.
• GG77's maximum liability to any player in respect of a proven platform error is limited to the stake or deposit amount directly involved in that error.

Nothing in these Terms limits GG77's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11 Changes to These Terms

GG77 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, GG77 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect existing players' rights or obligations, GG77 will provide notice via the platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of GG77 after the updated Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using GG77 and contact support to close your account and arrange return of any verified balance.
